For the interview, I had been called to Atlanta, GA and had to travel from NJ. After getting to Atlanta, the hiring manger (Apurva G.) said he was too tired to meet with me on the day of the interview (Friday) and wanted to meet with me on Saturday and then, later on, wanted to change it to Sunday. I agreed to meet with him on Saturday but not on Sunday. We met at a Starbucks where he came in 10-15 minutes late. I refused to give him specifics and details on Verizon as he was trying to get proprietary information on his customer (Verizon Wireless, my ex-employer) and competition (Danal). Apurva was also bad mouthing a few of his primary customer contacts in Verizon and asked me for more information on those people, when I did not give him any of that information he was not happy. After the interview, I had to follow up with him and recruiter a few time before I got the expected response that he was not interested in me. But then Syniverse denied paying for the travel expenses that I had incurred for the interview trip. I had to escalate the issue to some higher ups in HR and I just got my check yesterday (6 June). Be very careful and watchout if you get called for an interview at Syniverse and especially with Apurva. Less

Tell me about a time when you faced multiple workloads?

I have answered like, Virtualization and Micro services

I answered correctly but it seems the interviewer is learning from my answers because interviewer skill set was completely 0 and the accent was very funny. Less
