This place is extremely unprofessional, I arrived at their office 20 mins before scheduled time and after waiting for 50 mins, went up to the receptionist to check if I'll be interviewed at all.

The receptionist calls the HR lady that had scheduled my time for personal interview. This lady in a condescending tone tells me to go in and wait another 10-15 mins as it is normal expected for candidates to wait. This is when I decided to walk out and not waste my time any more and walked out. Less

No opportunity to discuss beyond factual dates & couple word description of departure reason (i.e. Laid Off). Unfortunately, this is a quick impersonal phone screen and questioner has to fit all answers into a form they are typing on in a computer (you can literally hear them typing it in). My interviewer got frustrated & cut me off when my answer didn't fit cleanly in her form - I had to restate my answer to just a couple words. Received an email Less
