Most of the questions were of the "Tell me about a time when you had to..." variety (STAR: Situation, Task, Action, Result). You also are given a folder at the beginning and you have to choose 3 words, out of 9 possible, that best describe you, and you are asked to explain why you chose each one of them. Another question was why am I interested in the insurance industry? (Answer I gave below).

I had the same situation. (for the Canton location) had my phone interview, the next week went in for my face to face interview. I left there thinking that the interview went extreamly well. It's been over a week and I haven't heard anything from the recruiter. Less

I told them I don't two-time people... but I talked about a group experience where I told a group something, which offended someone. So I told them on the side that it wasn't exactly meant for them. It backfired because that person stopped following rules, which is what the initial message was intended to fix. Less

I didn't answer it this way of course but my thoughts: how does that relate to process development and how you will function as a beginner? If you can't meet specifications in a lab, you have to change your approach, and that is literally all one can say. Sometimes science just doesn't work, and there is nothing you can do to help it.
