It starts with a requiter phone interview followed by a personality assessment. All pretty standard and takes a long time to hear back from them. Once you do things get interesting. They fly you to headquarters in Memphis and wine and dine you. They send fun young people to take you to dinner and pick you up from the airport with a nice car service. All fake though, once you're hired they treat you like garbage and put you in a trashy hotel in Mississsippi 30 mins from work and expect you to work "training" at 5:30am doing minimum wage work because they can't keep enough staff required to do the job. It's all a big scam.
