I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at lululemon (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
it was a group interview. extremely unorganized. there were two people interviewing and a total of 16 interviewees. In the hour and 30 minutes that everyone was there, only 3 questions were asked because of time. maybe this is what works for lulu but it in no way can be an accurate assessment of who would make a good employee. very disappointing.
Group interview then solo interview. They wanted to see what you’re like in a group. The group interview was with a key leader. The solo interview was with the store manager.

Question 1
What’s a challenging experience you’ve gone through?
Recruiter phase then a manager interview. Fairly generic process. It was implied I’d get a third interview but then I didn’t hear back until I followed up and heard they went a different way.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at lululemon (Birmingham, MI)
Interview
Easy and quick. I only interviewed with two people in one round. The interview was held in the store. Offer was sent after first interview. I declined due to hours needed over holidays.
