HR team is so unprofessional, rude. HR called and took telephonic round and for my surprise, HR itself started questioning technical stuffs. Unorganized.
Usually in a very good company, there will be specific panels for each round. Technical panel for technical round of interview, manager for managerial round, and a HR panel for HR round.
But here in iViZ, HR itself started asking technical questions. Made me to think twice if the call is genuine.
A bad experience.
Advice to management: Please look into your HR team, they are so unprofessional in an interview process. The way they talk, the questions they ask are terrible. They get too personal in asking questions.

Question 1
- HR asks questions on technical stuffs as if he/she is a technical panel.
- Crossing boundaries, HR even started asking irrelevant personal questions, regarding family, origin, date-of-birth, etc. which are offensive questions by any "Equal Opportunity Employer" company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at iViZ in Dec 2012
Interview
It was an off campus call.
There were around 30 candidates in my batch. First round was a multiple choice Q&A inclusive of quant, programming and problem solving.
Around 10/60 made it to Second Round that was On hands JAVA programming round with just two problems, one being extremely easy and the other one significantly tough(Interviewers keep cheking in between and there was no time restriction for candidates who were trying their best). It took me 3 hours to solve the second problem being the the only one one to solve that. After verification by the interviewer, CTO came in provide inputs and asked me to reduce the complexity. Another 20 minutes and I was done with the program.
4/10 from second round made it to 3rd round (F2F Technical with CTO and Project Manager). It went good and I answered almost all the questions asked, those which I could not answer I prefer not giving a fake try.
Total 2/30 made it to 4th and final HR round.

Question 1
Technical- Data Structures, Searching and Sorting, Swapping values in arrays with different complexity levels, Java core concepts, OOP Principles, Exception Handling, Collection, Tomcat web container, Configurations. Plus additional skills mentioned int the resume as Embedded Systems and Robotics, ports in the Micro-controller.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at iViZ in Jan 2015
Interview
3 round of interview followed by Prescreening, Technical, and HR. Basic technical questions related to VAPT, Computer Networks, Operating Systems. Questions they ask is not too tough but requires an in-depth knowledge of all modules.
