I was interviewed online by one of the recruiters. She asked me a few questions that I had answered in my application and video. She explained the ins and outs of the company and the pay.
Applied for it, had an online interview with one of the instructors, it was a demo class, had to use lots of tpr, once finished got an emaail with the offer the next day

Interview
The interview process was fairly easy. It is a one way online interview with several questions and teaching demo. You can do as many takes as needed to completely answered the questions

Part of the process involved answering questions through examples. So, showing how you would react to certain situations that were posed by the interviewer and recording a video of yourself (that you could redo) and submitting that.
