supervisor interviewed and talked about my experience. had me fill out forms that day to start background check. showed me where everything was located. got to meet some of the supervisor.
I like that it was virtual so you didn't have to leave the comfort of your home. Saves on passage which is a plus when your a job seeker with minimal funds

Describe one time where you dealt with an irate customer
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at iQor (Dasmariñas, Province of Cavite) in Nov 2024
Interview
First is, I apply thru email. And after that I received call from one of their agent, we proceed to first initial interview and after if I passed the initial, they will call me again for the second time and asked me if I am able to go for another final interview through on site or through phone call again.

I went to their office and had my initial interview. It took about 2hrs before I got to the final interview. I managed to answer all the question though I got nervous and had a hard time but still got a chance.
