I generally give a range of about 10-15k. Start with your lowest acceptable salary and range up to what you would hope to get. Less

I had the same experience regarding the expected salary and I returned the question to the lady calling me on phone: What is the range of the salary for this position in your company? and she refused to answer so I told her if she could give me offer and base on it we will negotiate the salary. It is always a good practice to first find out about the range of the salary from the company to avoid the mistake of expecting too much or too less. Less

How would your past employee's describe your management style?

I thought all of the interviews went well and the fact that I had made it through 3 gave me hope. I was very disappointed when I did not even get a phone call saying thanks but we I have gone with someone else. I think knowing what I know now I am probably better off not having gone to work for Ricoh. Less
