I applied online. I interviewed at eu-LISA (Tallinn)
Interview
First, you are invited to a remote written test (two exercises in my case). Then, you have an interview if selected. If selected you are contacted by HR for the next steps.
I applied online. The process took 7 months. I interviewed at eu-LISA (Tallinn) in Mar 2025
Interview
The interview process consisted of four stages in total: two online assessments, an online interview, and a final interview with the manager. The process was very smooth, and given the overall timeline, I was kept well informed at each stage.

the questions focused on the vacancy notice and how it aligned with my prior work experience
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at eu-LISA in Jul 2025
Interview
I applied for the Associate Legal Officer roster at eu-LISA and went through a three-stage process: a pre-recorded video interview, a written test, and a live panel interview. The invitations for the written test and the interview arrived at the same time, meaning the interview was scheduled regardless of the written test results.
The final interview was conducted by one HR representative and 3 members of the Legal Office. All three were very professional, courteous, and welcoming. The format was a balanced mix of motivational, competency-based, and technical legal questions, with a total of five questions. The atmosphere was structured yet friendly. Overall, it was a positive experience with clear communication, well-organised steps, and a respectful interview panel.
