The most important thing to note is that the safety of the students is the number one priority - if you keep that in mind, then everything should be good.

Mock class with other candidates and supervisors acting as students. I prepared beforehand, printed sheets and made exercises based on grammar topic I was assigned to teach. I was able to make a powerpoint with the company laptop and I brought my own USB memory. Other candidates and supervisors were acting as students.

Basic who, where, when type of questions. No behaviour type non-sense. If you got the interview chances are you got the job.
