A usual online application, followed by an online assessment. After being successful in both application I was then offered to attend an assessment day; the dates go very quickly so choose your date carefully and quickly. On the assessment day I arrived in the canteen already filled with people even though I arrived around 15 minutes early. You then are measured in height after having your passport checked. Shortly after this you have a group session where everyone goes into a room and are separated onto separate tables, where you do scenario activities for example: pairing the lost luggage to the passenger. After completing these activities you go for lunch and upon returning you are separated into two groups- one group goes home and one group stays for 1-1 interviews. I was one of the last interviews, so had to wait around in the canteen for a while. I believe the entire day last from around 8am-5pm, give or take depending on if you are sent home and when your 1-1 interview is. I received an email informing me I was successful around a week later. I then waited around 2 months to get my training date offer, which was 4 months after I got that call.
