      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at easyJet (Gatwick, England) in Sep 2018

      Interview

Very easy, I applied online and then had to sit a few online assessments, again quite straight forward. Then a couple of days later they invite you to pick a date for assessment at Gatwick. This involved a whole day of group exercises in teams, to see if you are a team player etc. After lunch the successful candidates were asked for an interview. All very easy, lovely day. I received an offer of employment a few days later and the phonecall to start training about 6 weeks later but I declined due to the fact that when you apply for this job they give you the impression it is a full time, permanent position. What they offered was a 10/12 contract, so you work 10 months, get 2 months off. Sounds wonderful BUT, and here's the bite, they take 10 months salary, divide it by 12 and that's what you have to live on as a basic. Now bearing in mind the first month you'll be living on basic (£700 pm approx) as you'll be training, months 2, 3 and 4 you'll be paying back for your uniform and referencing etc. So basically you'll be living on basic for months 1 and 2 (as you'll have no sector pay for these two months), months 3 and 4 will be bad also as you'll be paying back money to Easyjet and then you get two months off at the end of the year which will also be at £700 pm. Please don't kid yourself that you can save some during the Summer to see you over the two months off as you don't earn that much anyway, even during the busy season. Sorry, but this job is hard work and you need the patience of a saint sometimes so surely cabin crew should be paid a decent wage. It works out that you'll be working long hours for about £4 an hour and if you're OK with that then go ahead and apply. Personally I've got better things to do for £4 per hour...

      Interview

The day consists in a group dynamic with other 4-5 people. This dynamic is not only about solving the exercise, they wanna see you are able to work in a team. After that, if you’re successful, you’ll have a 1to1 interview. Typical interview questions in aviation asking about your previous experience with real examples.

      Interview

An online assessment first. After passing it, you will be invited to an interview with a recruiter. The recruiter was very outgoing and well-mannered. The interview was delivered in English and in a very respectful way.
