Hello, as an MS employee I have created an interview prep guide for Microsoft interviews, based on my and my colleagues' recent interview experiences. The guide has questions you should expect along with our answers that got us into Microsoft. You can find it here: interviewjoy.com/services/interview-process-details/microsoft-program-product-manager-interview-questions-answers-details-ms/ (please do not forget to also look at the reviews at the bottom of that page). Thanks and good luck! Ryan Less

Honesty is the best way to handle difficult questions. If you establish you are smart and intelligent, you will be excused if you admit your lack of knowledge in some areas. Less

It was a very pleasant interview, and everyone was very cordial. I felt it was a strong showing, but I never really received a strong explanation of why I did not receive the position after asking to help cover any skill set gaps. I was told timing had a factor and that I could be really useful for upcoming projects, but that left me wondering why I did not have an offer. In any case I was disappointed, thanked them for their time, and moved on. Less
