I handle difficult situations from a multifaceted approach. I don’t rush into making a decision about a situation unless it’s an emergency. If it’s an emergency I use the knowledge I have obtained to make the right decisions for the best possible outcome. If I have time to analyze the situation I take into account pros and cons to every possible solution then make my decision based on my results. Less

Biggest strength is attention to detail. Biggest weakness (that I am still working on) is not joking with the patients until I learn whether they are able to see sarcasm for what it is...a joke. Less

The biggest mistake I’ve made in my professional life was thinking that every day would be routine or even similar. It only took me one day in clinical with a very acute patient to realize that. I fixed that way of thinking very quickly by going into every day with an open yet guarded mind. Prepare for the worst but hope for the best type of mindset. Less
