It was a pretty straight forward interview process. Asked job related inter-personal/behavioral questions. Did a role play on dealing with customers. It was a one interview process. Each manager had a different set of questions to ask. All very standard.

Most of their questions they asked revolved around behavioral and situational questions. It was clear that my character was their main focus.
