A crew scheduler, schedules crews for times of work and time off for people in the crew, makeing sure to schudle replacement (stand by) crew member in case of an emergency (crew member unable to make it to work at the last minute.) Also would include rescheduleing for people with vication time and or doctor appointment. Keep things running smoothly! Less
