Interview
Lovely recruiting team experience through the initial contact and phone/zoom screen phases. For the in-person case interview, I was given a fairly ambiguous prompt and invested ~20hrs forming a structured and well researched response. I was asked very surface level questions about the case and much of the detail was not touched upon in the lengthy interview. We lingered instead on higher-level themes of corporate purpose rather than the underlying market forces within the case. Thus, I felt my preparation was a bit of wasted effort. All-in-all, I enjoyed the people I interacted with, but it was not a fit in the end.

Question 1
How might you lead an executive team through a 2-day, focused workshop regarding the subject matter of your case?
I applied through other source. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at businessfourzero (London, England) in Jan 2024
Interview
1. Initial screening process with Global Talent Partner. A quality two-way conversation to gauge if it was mutually in both parties interest to proceed with the process. The Global Talent partner was then alongside me throughout the process to support, coordinate and generally make sure that it was the right thing for all parties if an offer was extended.
2. A working session with the team using the B4z IP to explore how it works and also how you find doing the work for real. Some prep work for this in advance. The session itself is split into two elements on the day. The first being a collaborative workshop type session, the second being managing a group to a decision. This was followed by a debrief where you think about what you would have done differently and what you think went well.
3. I then completed a series of interviews that covered all of the partners and a number of directors. This was a two-way process where they found out a lot about me and I found out a great deal about them.
4. Alongside the interviews, I completed a set of Saville swift assessments and a self reported assessments of strengths/behaviours. This are not pass or fail and feed into onboarding if successful.
5. Finally, I was asked to write a letter to the CEO for whom I had based the case study exercise.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at businessfourzero (London, England) in Sep 2023
Interview
1st stage consisted of an online meeting Sarah. She was extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable. 2nd stage interview consisted of a project discussion and an Excel skills test. 3rd stage was an in-person interview with 3 senior members of the team. This part was the most difficult and could be very intense but at the same time they were very friendly. Overall, as far as the interview process goes, everyone was great and the office looked amazing.
