The questions are about my previous working experience, how do I know the company and the position. How to prove that I am good for the position. It is not very hard. The interviewer is nice.

Very lengthy process. Starts with a phone interview, after that you are sent a translation test with five different texts. 48 hours to complete. If you are selected you get invited to the headquarters in Stoke. Interview takes approx. 2hrs. There is an additional 30 minutes translation test with no external sources available. A week after that you get the response.

Interview
First a telephone interview, briefly asking my experience and hobbies. Then a face-to-face one, including an interview and a written test. The interview was quite long, consisting of general questions and professional-skill questions. In the end they took me to have a chat with the team.
