The recruiter for this position reached out to me on LinkedIn, based on the hiring manager coming across my profile. I had an interview with the recruiter that went well, then a few days later had an interview with the hiring manager. This interview seemed to go pretty well and he said they would get back to me with feedback the next day or the day after. There was no follow-up, and several days later the recruiter didn't respond to a LinkedIn message requesting the promised feedback. Just total ghosting on the part of the company. Not moving forward with a candidate is no big deal, but after two interviews (and setting expectations for a response timeframe), it is rude to completely ghost a candidate.
