Recruiter called and screened me, told me I was a great match. Got a prep meeting with recruiter. Got a group/panel interview with Top management that went very well according to their own account. Wrote an 8 page road map to as I see the future of the company online. Recruiter called me that they wanted a candidate with more experience in their own industry. The whole process was very pleasant but I felt that the reason given not to hire me was phony. Obviously my road map contained some remarks about the current state of their online business that did not please some managers...
