I am Oke Victor Onibode from Nigeria, I obtained National Diploma in Civil engineering with 3.29/4 CGPA upper credit at Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo Ondo-State, Nigeria. I'm computer literate in AutoCAD, ms word, ms excel, power point etc. I have certificate in cabin cleaning skills, Dangerous Goods Regulations (cat. 8), ULD and build up skills, safety management systems, Aviation Security, Baggage/ cargo handling skills, IOSH working safely, handling information at work skills etc. I'm a positive person with interpersonal skills, am proactive in my area of job assigned and focus by achieving standard procedure and quality in accordance with specification. I'm fast learning, good with client in customer relation, self improve, efficient and willing to work. I work as cabin cleaner in Nigerian Aviation Handling Company plc, cleaning of galley, Lavatory, cabin, cockpit etc. I have work as baggage handler as Ramp Agent by loading and unloading of passenger luggage. I have work as safety officer, I carried out daily briefly to all operation staff before commencement of operation. Currently, am working standard procedure and quality officer at NAHCO AVIANCE to assist identity and collate remedies for service defects and failure. Periodic service measurement, identity customer expectation, preparing client base, internal audit, quality assurance survey and analysis. Respond to customer feedback and carry out operational investigation reports.
