4 levels of extensive interviews upto the very director and VP levels.
2 with offshore managers, and the other 2 were during late evening hours with the onshore director and VP.
They told me I was a select post all the interviews, however the "position" itself went on hold due to restructuring indefinitely and did not open up even 3 months later. the offer was never rolled out.
4 interviews across a span of 4-6 weeks and then another 2 weeks of waiting prior to HR informing me about the position being held.
I trust the hiring team, however as a potential strong candidate my experience was not that good overall due to uncertainty until today when it's still not a reject or denial- just the same that the position is on hold. I understand wanting to maintain good relationships with potential candidates, but this also speaks a bit about work culture.
