I applied to Zeta though it seemed to be a pretty new company. I thought it would be a good place to work as it is a part of Directi. The interview is rigorous yet senseless.Non designer people are sitting here and judging you, which is very lame. The interview seemed like more of a judgement of how better the team is than you rather than understanding your strengths and potential.
