Due to COVID-19, you first receive a phone call to answer some interview questions (background, work history etc.) and of successful, you will then receive an email after notifying that you will participate in a zoom call for second round interview with another applicant.

When and how did you deal with a difficult customer?
Had a phone interview with one of the managers briefly asking questions like 'tell me about yourself and then invited for a f2f interview with a store manager for a pretty chill casual interview
Easy, really simple questions about yourself, more like a chat with a colleague than an interview. Might ask questions about yourself CV or previous retail shop floor experience. That’s all really.
