Interview
The process started with a case study in round 1 (if u got a call via Naukri, otherwise you have to appear for a aptitude test). It was followed by a case study discussion in round 2. The interview is solely based on the case study and the solution you derived. Practice basic Logical reasoning and Data analysis questions, you'll be good to go. They'll definitely ask a puzzle based on PnC or Probability, be prepared.

First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
