Interview
I initially reached out to Yodle via their online application form via Yodle's online application. Within two hours, a recruiter contacted me and invited me in for an interview the following day. I missed that interview, and had to reschedule, to which the recruiter had no problem. The interview went well and was very relaxed. I was asked questions pertaining to my career goals and how much money I wanted to earn. Eventually the recruiter brought me to an office where I spoke with my future direct manager, and area sales manager as well. Both conversations went well and the position seemend like a good fit. Before I left, they let me sit on the sales floor to get a better understanding of day-to-day activity: the sales floor is a boiler room and seemed like a lot of fun. After about 20 minutes, I sat down with the recruiter again who said that I should think about the position and come back tomorrow if I'm interested. I did, and was offered a job via email later that day. I submitted to a criminal background check and nothing else -- no drug test. I was hired three weeks in advance.

Interview
It was a very good experience. The two gentlemen that I went through the process with were professional and made you feel welcome and relaxed. I was given a walk through on a portion of the sales floors,. During the walk through they explained about the company and what the areas were. It was a good experience. Extremely nice people and the employees on the phones were really friendly. The company has a high energy level and it carries over.
I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Yodle (Austin, TX) in May 2016
Interview
The phone interview is quick. They asked basic questions about my current role and then said they wanted to bring me in for a face to face interview. The face to face interview was more about who Yodle is. They tried to gauge my comfort level about calling cold leads and dealing with difficult prospects as well as making over 200 dials per day. The interviewer wore an Hawaiian shirt and shorts. The interview was very conversational and comfortable and not at all scripted.

Question 1
How would you handle a customer on a cold call who says " I'm not interested!" before even having a chance to talk about your service.

Interview
There was a brief and exceptionally easy phone interview that was as much the hiring manager talking about the position as it was me answering questions about myself. At the in-office interview I sat with a salesperson for a half hour and listened in on some phone calls. After that I spoke with another hiring manager for a half hour where I was asked to read from a sales script and make some scripted rebuttals. Over all, pretty easy.
