This was one of the most poorly managed (and unprofessional) processes I've ever been a part of. I was rushed to go for my onsite interviews a week early since I already had plans to be away the week they wanted me to go onsite. One interviewer was a no-show and my interview with the CEO was cut short from an hour to about 20 minutes. Then, it was eight weeks after my onsite interview (that I was rushed to do) before I heard anything.
I then had to chase them down for reimbursement for the out of pocket expenses for my trip to go onsite (they didn't manage any of the flights or hotels from their end).
Doug Gentilcore (the hiring manager) bragged about their 'world class' leadership throughout the interview process. They have ~15% market share in an indication with one other competitor. Enough said.
