2nd a phone interview with Manager
3rd a phone interview with Lead engineer, where you are asked what experience do you have with Volvo's database,

Question 1
Lead Engineer was only focusing on VOLVO experience, and no technical questions asked.

Interview
Stay away. The leadership doesn’t exist! They are not looking for an engineer. They are looking for someone that could be monitored. They will not help you in your career and the management will not be honest about your outlook.
