I applied online. I interviewed at Wren Kitchens in Jul 2022
Interview
Basic interview, the job pays minimum wage and only 3.6% for commission. Its not a job that is going to last and I wouldn't fit in with the tweens that they are employing. It's a standard interview with scenario questions. I was a customer in one of their showrooms a while back and a nice man showed me around, but then another employee came along after and was super pushy and wanted to steal the commission from the other employee. I wouldn't see this as a role that has any longevity even though they have a PRIDE Moto that is suppose to stand for honesty and integrity there is none of that here.
I interviewed at Wren Kitchens (Basingstoke, England)
Interview
Very informal and casual. The interviewer was down to earth. No questions that aimed to catch you out. Seemed to value personality and potential for learning and growth rather than just experience alone.

Question 1
What skills I had that are directly transferrable to the role.
Really good, transparent and they emphasize on their training programme which is good. Seems like a nice environment to be a part of. Looking forward to how it proceeds, fingers crossed.
