I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Workiva (Ames, IA) in Sep 2018
Interview
First there was a quick interview over the phone that lasted around thirty minutes. This was more of a brief overview of the job position and some character questions to see if I would be a good fit for their company.
The next part was them reaching out to my references. After receiving references they had me come in for an on site interview.
The on site interview consisted of several people interviewing me. Everyone is really laid back, kind and informative. I suggest to come into the interview with questions for them because this is your chance to really find out what life at Workiva is like and the customers you're going to be working with. Also, at the end of your interview there is a skills test. The entire interview lasted around three hours.
It took roughly 4-6 weeks for this entire process and it took a week for them to reach out with the final offer. Overall, it was an excellent interview experience and I'm excited to be a part of their team!
I applied online. I interviewed at Workiva (Ames, IA) in Jan 2022
Interview
Very random and situation problem solving asked at random. Wish they would have asked more about my life and traits. Very situational based questions and long awkward pauses from interviewer.
