Windrose Consulting Group interview questions

Had a screening interview with a Senior Analyst. Interview went well however was ghosted by the company despite following up. Interviewer was unprepared and struggled to ask articulate questions or answer basic questions about the role.

Interviewed 2 weeks after applying. Interview went well, felt informal, typical questions about motivation and background. However, was ghosted by company and only got the rejection email 2 months later. Very unimpressed by the recruitment process
