Interview
Very human. It was quite informal, relaxed and with the purpose of finding out more about who the applicant was as a person. Fry's are looking for people who want to work with them long term. They do not wish to provide internships as a CV enhancer.
Online assessment and then in person review. Interview dealt with commercial awareness question on how to advise a client in light of the current economy, why do you want to work here, why a solicitor and not a barrister.
