I was screened by the HR department and provided with a interview date. The department manager was present; they very friendly, professional and interested in my previous employment, experience, personal hobbies and what separates me from the rest of the applicants. They were very straight forward about the position responsibilities and about the company working in a fast paced environment. Overall, the interview process was smooth and not intimidating.
