This was the only job that I applied for. I was leaving a great company and a great position and did not want to just leave for any job or for any company. Slalom is known for it's great culture and the incredible way they treat their employees. I was also looking for a company that I would be able to grow in, and Slalom is a company that supports employee growth and looks to fill positions internally when possible. I had a friend that also worked in their National office and had only great things to say about the company, including how well she has been treated and how her work life balance had improved greatly from her last job. This question is a very important one to answer. Slalom hires people that have the energy and passion to become part of the Slalom family and make the company that much better.
