Westmed Ambulance Service interview questions

Interview was 1 step hiring process. Only 1 hiring manager/recruiter. Recruiter was unprofessional with his extremely poor communication after interview. I was given a verbal offer at the end of the interview, but paperwork was never sent via email. Follow-up emails and phone calls were ignored despite being given a business card and asked to do so. The rest of the staff then strung me along for about a month telling me he was out of the office, or busy with other meetings, but would get back to me the same day if I left my name and number.

Easy going, straight forward and was not highly stressful. Basic questions such as why do you want to be an EMT and what does being an EMT mean to you.
