The interview was a panel style interview with 5 people it was pretty basic questions that being said I worked there for 10 years before I interviewed for the supervisor position
Have to first apply on line. Drug tested. Need some form of leadership background. There are two formal interviews with similar questions. All focused on safety, motivation, and production.
