Interview
After meeting with Westrock at a career fair I was offered an interview with them 2 days later, which consisted of meeting with 2 Westrock employees asking questions using the STAR method. They would ask 2 or 3 different scenarios and answers were to be made in the STAR method. The 2 questions regarded certain situations in past work or experience that x or y happened and what your response and actions were.

Interview
After speaking at the career fair for approximately ten minutes, I was offered a thirty minute interview with two current employees, one engineer and one director. I received a call about a week later telling me I had a week or two to accept the job offer or not.
