I applied through university. I interviewed at West Monroe in Feb 2021
Interview
was recruited during covid so the process was a little different:
- when they review your application you get sent a link for a 30 minute long pre-recorded interview
- if you make it past, you get connected with a recruiter that asks basic behavioral questions
- the final round includes a two hour long chat with 3 architects and managers
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at West Monroe (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
(Interviewed for Data Engineering & Analytics Consultant intern position)
Hirevue -> "Superday" with 3 back-to-back-to-back interviews (two behavioral, one technical-explain project on resume) -> offer
Was a pretty simple process, good communication throughout the process. The technical questions relied on you knowing your resume really well, no on-the-spot coding questions.
Interview questions [1]
