Standard interview questions with regard to customer service. Be prepared to give examples to support your experience. Took about 30 minutes, but they do schedule a second interview. The gentleman that interviewed me was very patient and the interview felt quite relaxed.

was called for interview, spoke to one manager then a second manager. They left the room came back in and offered me the job. Was given paperwork to get a drug test to get the job.
