Very casual with behavioral questions. Ask several responses about yourself and answer any questions you may have about the interviewer. Really just wants to learn how you would react in behavioral situations.

The process was very manageable all questions were behavioral questions. The entire interview process took About a month to be completed because of the amount of applicants. The interview was a great learning experience.
One round of phone interview. The interview is fairly easy with 5 behavioral questions. No technical questions at all. Have 10 minutes to ask questions. The result came out three weeks later.
The interviewer was late to the call by 15 minutes. When I finally did the interview, it was incredibly difficult to hear the person's voice for some reason. The questions were not difficult as they were all behavioral.
