Submitted resume for a contracting job through a recruiter. Telephonic interview for 30 mints with the QA manager , mostly technical and mostly about my last Banking project.A week later scheduled for Face to face interview.QA Lead and QA manager. Questions on Quality center , testing approach and again most questions were about testing.

Interview
Initial was a phone screening by the HR. Few standard questions to find the job fit. Next was from the management - 8 behavioral questions. Nothing technical, but all situation based questions. To know your innovations, contributions to the team, collaboration etc. Many questions sounded so similar, so it was difficult to find distinct scenarios to explain the answers. Both HR and the managerial round were friendly. I loved that the HR didnt ghost on the candidates, but was very truthful and communicative.

How to do cope up with the changes in the industry?
Went really well . Glad I accepted offer its a great company to work. Great work culture. Peers are very friendly . I highly recently to try. Interviewers are friendly.
There are multiple rounds.first you will be shortlisted for the interview. Then solving Java programs in written test. Some basic Java questions will be asked.
I didn't clear the interview as I didn't prepared well.
