The hiring manager directly called me for a phone screen. At this time, a review of my resume and interest in the position was done. It was followed by peer and team phone interviews, then two face-to-face interviews. In 2 weeks I was notified as being one of the finalists. A last face-to-face interview was the "run off". I was notified 3 days after of their decision and an informal phone offer was made 3 days later. Fax formal offer given 3 days latter and another 3 days to accept.
