Interview
After applying online I received a call from HR. They verified my resume and work experience and how it related to the position. This was more of a technical or factual review. I was scheduled for an in person interview with HR after that. When I arrived I received a personally addressed letter regarding the interview and a detailed job description. This was unexpected, professional and appreciated. The interview questions related to strengths, weaknesses, challenges, conflicts and accomplishments across previous roles. Questions were encouraged and this was a good opportunity to ask about the company and its culture to see where previous experiences fit and added value to the company and its goals as they concerned the role.
