HR reached out initially after finding me on LinkedIn. I had a phone screen with them and then the hiring manager. We had a good conversation and I followed up with the HR and the hiring manager on next steps. But they just dropped the ball and never responded to multiple follow ups, not even to let me know if they were moving forward with other candidates. Could've been more professional given this was a high level position.

Phone interview And two in person interviews meeting a party of the current team and the direct manager both times. The recruiter was great in terms of quick and responsive and gave a lot of advice.
