I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at WeWork (New York, NY) in Jan 2017
Interview
The process consists of a pre-screen phone call followed by an in person interview. I went to the in person interview and it went well. The interviewer and I met for roughly and hour and at the end of the meeting mentioned he liked me and wanted to move on to the next round. He said he would inform his manager. Two weeks later I received an email stating that they are moving forward. I've never had an interviewer tell me that they will move forward with me followed by a rejection letter. In the future, set the right expectations.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at WeWork (New York, NY) in Feb 2017
Interview
I was emailed by a recruiter after a few days after submitting my application. After discussing a time for a google hangout session, I was rescheduled an hour before our original window. I was then advanced to a second interview with a a manager. Interview was very brief and the manager mentioned moving forward to the step. I've never had an interviewer tell me that they will move forward with me followed by a rejection letter. In the future, set the right expectations.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was asked on my network skills followed by a series of trouble shoot questions. If you want to show your skill set to the company you will have to explain it on your own. Answering the questions prepared for the interview right will not explain your candidacy for the position.
