I received an email after being recommended by an employee. I submitted my resume and portfolio, and had an informal phone conversation/interview.
I was then asked to meet in person, and I was interviewed by 2 current employees.
The interview was informal and relaxed.

Mostly questions about technical knowledge, experiences, etc.
Some general questions to understand personality and make sure it was compatible with WeWork's fast pace environment.
No tricky questions.
