I had an interview with them at Victoria. We know London is a small company and people on managment positions been working there for over 15-20 years so If you look for progression opportunities you won't find it there. After the interview I was informed to be sucessful I have given them my start date and was told to be informed about the training soon. I haven't heard from the women for over a week just a day before the training. I did asked about the contract but didnt' get the contract before starting so wasn't sure what I am signing up for. The women changed location of the training, I was supposed to have it at the Heatrow Airport and then found out it will be in St. Pancrass I decided not to take this position because sounds really unprofessional. and kind of leaving everything to the last moment so you don't have a choice.

I took part to an assessment day which lasted the whole day (exhausting) it included a presentation from the HR manager to begin with, a group role play and individual interview
