Applied online, got an email to schedule an interview. Met with the hiring manager to discuss the role and how my past work experience relate to it. I was made to fill out my availability time at the start of the interview.
You place your application online, and in most cases just call the store a few days later. Afterwards, some team leads want an in person interview, some will just do a simple call to check availability and go over what the job entails. Afterwards, you do a background check and start your job.
in person interview mostly happen. you will be asked some questions related to previous experiences and mostly customer services. interview usually take 30-45 minutes sometimes more if they invite you to participate in a group interview.
