Was able to schedule my interviews quickly and they were very responsive to emails. They asked very basic questions about your background as well as your motivations for applying. The recruiters were very nice and easy to talk to.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Walgreens (Tampa, FL) in May 2022
Interview
The interview process will likely be dependent on whether you are a new hire or an existing employee moving to a different store or from part time, or staff to an Rxm position. When I first interviewed for the pharmacy manager position almost 10 years ago, I was asked several scenario based questions. Give me an example of time when… it was actually somewhat long, but it seemed like they were more so just checking off boxes of required questions. More recently, I e interviewed when transitioning to a staff position and it was more just when can start. My two most recent interviews were done via zoom.

Question 1
Describe a time when you handled an angry customer. Describe a time you handled workplace conflict.
There were behavior based interview questions, tell me about yourself, strengths and weaknesses. Usually with a pharmacy and store manager. Maybe with a district manager. A tour is given if interview is in person.
Interview process was really easy - they ask basic questions for any normal pharmacist job and a routine screening. I worked at Walgreens as an intern for most of my college years so there wasn't much additional screening for hiring as a pharmacist.
